Email copyright@raidlive.com with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact RaidLive URL and material to be removed; your name, mailing address, phone number, and email; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
If content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and the legally required consent to jurisdiction and service of process.
Repeat infringement
RaidLive may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove or restrict material while a report is reviewed. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.
