What RaidLive collects, why we use it, and the controls available to you.
Effective July 18, 2026Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email, display name, and password hash; profile information you choose to publish; connected platform links; follows and reports; and basic activity data such as profile views, link clicks, session records, and security logs.
Location is optional and hidden unless you explicitly turn on public location. New creator profiles are unlisted by default.
How we use information
We use information to operate creator profiles, discovery, analytics, moderation, security, support, and account administration. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and connected services
Public profile fields and links are visible according to your visibility settings. When you open or embed Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Discord, Instagram, or another service, that service may process information under its own policy. We may disclose information to infrastructure providers, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.
Cookies, security, and retention
RaidLive uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, disputes, and abuse prevention. No system is perfectly secure, but we use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, login throttling, backups, and monitoring.
Your choices
You can change profile visibility, keep location hidden, export your data, change your password, sign out all sessions, or permanently delete your account from Security & Privacy settings.
Young users and changes
RaidLive is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy as the product changes and will post the revised date here.
